Withdrawal and refunds

Withdrawal notice
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Niubility Trading UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rosenthaler Str. 72A, 10119 Berlin, Deutschland, email: hello@niuance.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Refunds
Withdrawal: we charge for the time used until your withdrawal by the day: price ÷ days in the period × days used. We refund the rest.
If Niuance+ does not work: if essential features of Niuance+ cannot be used for more than seven days in a row through our fault, we will, at your request, extend your period by the time lost or refund the price for those days. Your statutory rights in case of defects are unaffected.
If we discontinue Niuance+: we refund the share of the price for the remaining period.
How we refund: to the original means of payment. If that is no longer possible (for example with WeChat Pay more than 180 days after the payment), we agree another way with you, at no cost to you.
